But I don't hope the next game in the series has a step up in graphics. As long as my PC can handle it lol.
While it is nice to see what a great rig can do with newer technology, it's bit of a pet peeve of mine to see playtests and showcases with top-of-the-line hardware. The average player doesn't have that kind of setup and so their results would come nowhere close to this... unless we wait another 10 years for this technology to become more mainstream. It would've been better and more realistic to also showcase how a mid-tier machine would handle this.
But yes, it does look nice (even though the smaller branches on a tree still look 2D, lol).
That's why I told you guys to PLAY it, not WATCH it. I have a lower-than-average PC and I ran those demos just fine on very high settings. Unless you're using an old Compaq Presario from 2005 I'm betting you'll have no problem running these demos maxxed out.
