Even Ian talked about being shot at while at a gun range, the old people didn't learn.

A gun range can help you learn how to shoot, but that is about the most of it.
But thanks for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ response - jerk.
Plus player death is already in the game, both from fall damage and trampling. It doesn't seem that outrageous to add.
Not any more. Now you are "knocked out" and fly to the nearest outpost.
LMAO.
steam forums never seem to surprise me. good stuff. LOL.
As far as a tool for teaching gun safety?Probably not a good way to learn. I agree with PicSoul: get them out of the house and give them real world, hands-on experience. A basic hunter education course is a good start, and they'll discuss banking shots so you can see where your bullet will stop. Basically, if you can't see the backstop and where it will end, then you don't take the shot. Then take them to your hunting site, present them with hypothetical shots, and have them explain whether or not to take the shot and why. Next they should accompany you (they're still unarmed at this point) while you hunt and think through these things in real-time with the excitement of seeing the animal in person. It's one thing to know you shouldn't take a shot in theory, but another to practice restraint when that buck you've watched on the trail cam for the past 3 years shows up and presents a skyline shot. Be patient and wait for a safe opportunity, then be desicive and quick when it presents.
Glad your teaching them to hunt and to do so safely. Good luck 🙂
I'm in.
shoot other players?
Teaching kids "gun safety"? Hilarious champ!
check nexus mods web site , maybe something is there to work around the lack of friendly fire

one lesson could be :
- just shoot what you see :)
there is an achievement that is given when you shoot an animal that is not visible , i will never get that and i dont even understand why that achievement is a thing in the game ...
