What we really need is more administrative capabilities on our hosted multiplayer servers. Also need some checks added into the game to make sure that Hunt Club stats aren't being exploited by those cheats. I don't mind people cheating in single player so long as it doesn't count towards anything that involves the legit players.
But IMO the devs don't seem to be very inclined to add any sort of anti-cheat or cheat-protection. Thus far it seems they have been more focused on the core gameplay, while multiplayer functionality has come at a far lower priority. Not saying it SHOULDN'T be that way... but I don't really expect this to be addressed anytime soon. Especially considering the asking price that even the cheapest anti-cheats charge a developer. They'd need a more massive playerbase to make that worthit financially, perhaps.
