Dog howl?

How to do that wolf howl? Is it under praise? I switched the key bindings but i still cant acces it under right mouse click

First of all you need to unlock the skill by your dog. After you've finally unlocked it you need to press the key to show up the command wheel for the dog (sit, stay, heel, lay down and so on...). If you look on the left by the dog command wheel you can find the button "PRAISE" klick on it and after you done this, it will show you the button "howling".

But it is not working.

it is bug ? don't really know , what i can say is that since the new update the cmd for howl (RMB ) don't work

Yes, it's a bug. They messed up reworking the command wheel. RMB should open the submenu, but now it also closes the command wheel. And with a closed command wheel it doesn't really matter if you just opened the submenu.
Neither keybind can be altered via the menu, so until they fix it there are no howling dogs in Call of the Wild.
