Best Whitetail Map?

I am only looking to possibly purchase one DLC and would like to get the reserve with the very best content of whitetail deer in the game currently. I was hoping I could count on your input to provide me the answer I need to justify my possible purchase.

Mexico used to be but they've changed things so much since it first came out that it's not as good as it once was. Still better than the LL reserve.

Rivontuli is very good.

Yes, many moose and whitetail in Revontuli. The northwest area of the map in particular. There's a small lake in that area with a point that juts out into the lake with a permanent stand. Be in that stand at 8 am and you'll see herds of whitetail coming in to drink.
