I don't know what it is about rain that I love so much, but I would like more of it in this game. Is there a dev console that I can access that would let me toggle the active weather?
Adjustable weather is a big wish for me too. Having the possibility to get much more variety in the length of the rainperiods would be great.
Quite a number of people in here moan about too much rain :-( After playing Vuhronga Savanna with hardly any wind and much less rain it was refreshing to return to Hirschfelden and Layton.
Heh. Yeah, I've seen people complain about rain in other games, predominantly Minecraft. I received a very sarcastic (removed) comment on this asking if I was trolling.
But yeah, I love the sound of rain and I love rain in games if it's faithfully replicated. The sound and visuals in CotW are very realistic.
1. None, dry weather with variable clouds.
2. Longer periods of rain, with variable intensity.
3. Like it is now.
If the weather engine randomizes these 3, I would be satisfied.
But since we are all different players, you should be able to select/deselect any of these 3 weather patterns.
