No typical savannah animals in the new reserve?

I heard that there were no typical savannah animals in the new reserve that people have been asking for since this game came out?

Things like elephants and lions etc.

Is that true? Why would they do that? Was looking forward to it.

Actually genuinely dissapointed about this. It 'was' the only good hunting game I had.

People have a child's vision of africa with its lions, giraffes and elephants straight out of a coloring book.

Africa has more animals than that.

I recommend getting it. It's actually pretty good, a whole new map to explore and find secrets!

I don't think they would make giraffes because they are too big and can be easily seen and shot, however for Lions and Rhinos we are unsure about, they were mentioned.

Yes it's an entierly steryotypical view of course, but these things have been asked about for a long time now. I personally thought this would have been a perfect opportunity for a push to let the community think it was being listened to. That kind of thing would have been great for hype, sales, and in turn longevity of the game.

All that ethical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ - so we can kill Lynx but cannot shot lions. And what about crossbow? This i a video game and should be treated like that. Its just an cheap explanation for going for reskin animals instead of creating new models, animations etc.

I think you all need to be happy with what we got as a savanna dlc. Give it up with the Lions and Rhinos. Give the devs credit for once. I am happy with what I got, I have a whole new map to explore, complete missions on, and just have fun with friends on! Could you ask for more?

Yes I could ask for known bugs to be squashed, waiting patiently on that one :)

There's Cabela games for that kind of thing.

Man its not about damn lions. Its about overall quality of the map. I love the hunter, have all dlcs, played the hunter classic for many many hours but I'm a honest person and player - when I see a bad product I won't be pretending that its otherwise. I think players these days have a very low expectations and really accept too much. Loved Medved Taida DLC but Vurthonga is just a very very poor product.

Well, the main reason I asked is because I remember right at the start asking for big game in terms of challenge was heavily requested.

I find it funny that people want to hunt Rhino while they also say they want a realistic hunting experiance. When realistically you cannot hunt Rhino lol. I find it sad that so many people trash these devs for this and that when EVERY other game developer (including the big dogs such as EA, Ubi, so on) do the same ♥♥♥♥. I am more then happy with the content these guys release and I will buy their DLC simply to support them because of this fact. Don't like what they release nor the price of it...Don't pay, don't play...pretty simple.

You keep repeating this but you don't say why it's bad.
