Gun used: .270
Shot distance: 202m
Just shot another 2 moose.
The 1st blood spatters had no direction cone. But next blood splattters did have a direction cone. But the track stays white - just like other tracks. So hard to follow - especially when they mix with white tracks of other animals.
The track of a wounded animal used to show a different colour.
Has it been changed to make it more difficult / realistic?
Have I changed a setting in-game to change the colour of a wounded track to white?
3.35pm in game Layton Lake.
I have also lost 3 animals with tracks just disappearing.
I had not seen the Game Settings under System In-Game. That does not appear in the Settings on the Main menu.
Anyway I found that my Active Track and Inactive Track were both set to white! So it was impossible to track. Not sure how that was changed.
Just changed the active track to a different color and it worked fine.
So that resolves my main issue with the color of the track. Although still think there are cone directional problems. But this ia huge improvement.
