Any way to find geese without decoys?

I spent a lot of time on Hirschfelden and don't hear them, no traces, nothing.

Edit: Correct info is that you can hunt geese w/o decoys. You should hear them honking on your map (Hirsch) periodically. If you never hear them, something is wrong.

You can use the caller without decoys..But when you call move otherwise they land on top of you and spook then just fly away...

You can hunt Geese without decoys, but its more difficult because they dont land everytime. First of all you have to go in prone, otherwise they can see you. And you definitely need the caller, otherwise they just flying over you. But its strange that you dont even hear them. Geese are constantly flying when you dont call them or have decoys. And you can hear them very far. You can hear them nearly every fifteen minutes :D

Yeah, guys, I found them. Well, Bucket List achievement is broken for me, now I know that.
