not sure if the Ghilie also increases noise, but to me this is bs anyway.
in reality the animals see different then we do, most dont even see color. but they see movement very well - like a flashing bright light, or uv reflections from the washing/bleaching of our clothes.
in CotW we can use the foliage to hide, not a bad idea, also weather does make you less visable when you add the point into that skill.
so try hiding in a bush or close to a big tree, then youll get the "hidden" line, without the halfcircle
can be that certain maps hide you better then otheres, like the sound in Hirschfelden is one bar more for anything you do :/
there are other players here that can confirm that or not. i havent played that much here, mostly with friends in MP.
