Best Load-out for All Classes w/Integrity
Hi,
What is the best load-out for all classes, for all integrity on all animals?
I am trying to find the best so I can carry all weapons, all the time.
I also use callers and carry a tent and walk around the map looking for herds at need zones.

Here is what I have so far....

.22 (class 1)
.223 (foxes and coy)
.6.5 (class 4-8)
.300 (class 7-9)
Bino
4 callers
1 tent

Tried the crossbow (w/ all arrows), and that is a pretty good combo. But, I am not liking the inconsistencies with shooting and the limited distances. So I have settled on rifles
Plus, I have a side pack to give me enough capacity for all the above

Any ideas would help
Thanks

There isn't a best loadout, it's down to personal taste. Plus since devs have added more weapons there isn't a set format.

But I would recommend

243 - classes 2 to 6
Drilling Rifle / Shotgun - Classes with rifle is 5 to 9 and you have a 16g shotgun, so rabbits and birds.

Or 243 and 7mm rifle

What I carry depends upon how well I've scouted an area or region. Different parts of a map hold different species of animals. Basically I'm down to a 3 weapon minimum (the .22 for class 1 animals, the .243 for class 2-3 animals and the 7mm for class 4-9 animals), first aid kit, 2-4 callers/scent lures (which I rarely use but carry anyway "just in case") and 1 scope. No need to lug a tent/blind/stand around since I set all those out during my initial exploring/scouting and opening outpost phases, no backpack needed (I make considerably less noise without it anyway).

This. Choose the weapon of your preference with the right ammo for the right animal category. And of course your hunting style.

For me it's:

.22 because I am still chasing that elusive diamond hare in order to close the cuatro colinas story arc.
.243 for 2 to level 4
6.5 Rayo for 5 to level 7
.300 Magnum for 8 and 9

The only other items I carry are binocs and callers. Not backpack, tents, tripods etc. So this is what works for me on all reserves (have all dlc's). I'm decent with a bow but prefer rifles. The only time i have used bows, shotguns, pistols are to complete the many quests involving those weapons and the achievements.

.22, .243, .303/M1, and .300 is a pretty good generic loadout for reserves that have class 8 & 9 animals. for reserves that don't i leave off the .300.

I really only use the .223 for class 2 animals, and the 6.5 for class 4, so didn't include them on the list though i do use them from time to time.

If i plan to hunt alot of ducks that day, sometimes i'll substitute a shotgun for the .300 or the .22

In reality, I usually carry 3 weapons if I'm rifle hunting, or two if I'm bow hunting. So normally, I'll either carry the .22 or the .243 and not both. If I'm on a map that has wolves, I always carry the .454 pistol.

(1) 22 pistol + scope
(1-8) 2 barrel shotgun (all ammo)
(4-6) M1 Garand/Huntsman/243
(7-9) Ranngemaster/7mm/300 magnum

5 bites

Bow, dlc revolver with the shotgun ammo and its normal, and a choice of 30-06 rifle pending my mood.
Usually leaves enough room for the appropiate callers, Bow works against the 9-10s being the big arse targets they are

In my opinion, rifles beat everything else. Bow hunting is very fun however. The Rhino is also a ton of fun. That said...

Rifles:

1: .22
2: .243
3: 7.62x54
4: .303 / .50 Minié
5: .303 / .50 Minié
6: .303 / .50 Minié
7: .300
8: .300
9: .300

Note: While I think the .300 is the overall best for 7-9, I still use the .338 most of the time because I find it fun.

I usually go with the following loadouts.

1) .22
2) .243
3) .303
4) .338
5) .454 (Rhino)

or

1) .22
2) .243
3) .303
4) .300
5) .50 Minié

I realize the .308 and .50 are a bit redundant, but I find it fun to have that 200m devastator.

Team drilling too ! With the 30-30 or 243. I like hunting with 45/70 and 30-30 too. With any shotgun. The 45 pistol for birdshot is very small. Very usefull.

for guns drilling rifle with rifle rounds and 16 g bird shot and 16 g buckshot will cover all classes
the cross bow with all 3 arrow types will also cover all game types

Bow

I go with how I hunt IRL. I usually, no ALL the time, never have more than a pistol and rifle or bow when I go out to hunt. Who carries 3 or 4 rifles and a bow and a pistol? I choose what species I am going to hunt and take what weapon will assist in the hunt.

when im in TAIGA i drop al things which arent necessary because on snow and ice this map is very loud !

Well... I can think of a situation. If a person strictly walks the entire map and wants to shoot at any animal they see. Then they would need more weapons to cover all classes w/integrity. They want to be equipped for any situation that arises. They would do this if they don't want to have to keep going back to an outpost just to get a weapon.
FwhPixelink Apr 23, 2021 @ 7:48am
Also forgot to mention. For example, if a person is hunting Layton, they would need a .22 (birds/rabbits), .233 for Coyote ( because of integrity), a 4-8 class weapon (deer etc) and a high-power weapon for Elk/Moose.... that would be 4 weapons to get full ingegrity score.
