Achievement: By the Book

I am wondering how one can unlock the achievement "By the Book".
The requirement for the achievement is to "moose with 100% quick kill bonus and 100% integrity bonus".
As there has been a new trophy system implemented for quite a while now, I am not sure how to complete these requirements. I have killed about a dozen of gold level moose, all with all four trophy requirements checked, but have not gotten the achievement.

as you said you got the 100% integrity ( 4 trophy requirements ) but you also need the 100% quick kill, for that you must kill with the most big ammo possible at a close range and hit a vital organ ( if possible the heart), with these he will die on the spot

Maybe you missed Quick Kill 100%? This is separate from the Harvest Check. Double Lung shot or heart shot (relatively easy on moose) should do.
This is independent from trophy level.
