Bloodhound howl
Anyone knows what exactly it does?
Does it attract wolves maybe?

Answer to first question : It produces howling sound.
Answer to second question : No.

Don't know yet but it seems that most of the first row traits are more of a gimmick and the second row traits are more relevant for hunting imho.

It seems like it, but at least all other perks in the first row do something useful. But a howl just as some cosmetic feature, that's kinda weird.

Maybe wolves at least do some sort of call back when you use it?

It may have an effect in multiplayer with multiple dogs.

Just guessing here, as I haven't gotten it yet - but I would assume the howl will scare waterfowls and such, so they take off.
Would kinda make sense, at least.
