So... we cant shoot via Tent windows?

so i just try Goose Hunting, hide in the Tent. and i just know, that we can't shoot via tent windows? hahaha...

i like hunting canadian goose and hide inside the tent, because its easy to get out and shoot them when they fly. compare to ground blind , took some time to get out from the ground blind

yes. thats what i think. then i try it just hide inside the tent. and it works... goose still landing 😄.

Tents offer no decrease in visibility, You might as well just lay down on the ground if you are not willing to use a blind or tripod. You cannot shoot out of tent windows and unless you are right up against the door your shot might be blocked by the tent. You may think you have a clear shot but you may not if you're even a step back from the door. It's a graphical limitation and not a bug.

Wonder if it's only a goose thing, i haven't had any trouble taking deer from a blind.

From my experience hunting duck and goose if you are in crouch or prone inside or out of tent they will not be spooked. If you dont want to use layout blind for geese try a duck blind. Not sure if they can be placed away from the water. I put tents near all my decoy setups. If I recall correct I once shot a bear walking in front of tent doorway from inside a camo tent.

Any shot through the tent's window is a lost shot.
Shots do pass through the little door, though.

Learned this after losing plenty of bullets trying to take down some buffalos that were charging me. Tried to protect myself inside the tent. Didn't work out as expected.

it pass from the door, but not from the windows.
