DLC Weapon Pack 2

After several days of hunting and many big trophies (bears, elks, lions) I can say that the weapon Solokhin MN1890 of the weapon pack 2 is my favorite.
This weapon is powerful, precise and compatible for all big animals. I did not miss any shot over 250 meters.
I am disappointed with the 3.38 that I find less powerful and precise.
With the 3.38 too many animals wounded or missed.
The Solokhin MN1890 is for me the best weapon of the game for now and I recommend it to anyone who can buy the DLC Weapon Pack 2.

I tried MN1890 but I end up wounding animals instead of killing them. Maybe I am a noob.

I like the MK. It gives me one less weapon to carry. It doesn't shoot as flat a trajectory as either the .243 or the .270 but I benefited greatly from a visit to the range to sort things out.

It's most likely because of penetration. The MN1890 does not feature polymer-tip and only has soft-point.
It is very similar to the Ranger .243 soft-point but has some differences, but I wouldn't say that it's worse. Good for shooting any sort of deer, except musk deer, but it may struggle to effectively kill anything bigger than wildebeest, mule deer and elk.
Be sure to maintain a distance under 150 and even shorter distance is even more effective.

I find the MN1890 to be the most accurate and the best all-around weapon in the game. It's what my old man used to call a nail driver and it shoots fast, too. Plus it has an added bonus: Anything bigger than a blacktail can be shot twice and still deliver 100% integrity.
