Any tip? I played about 40+ hours on medved but i didnt seen yet and i have to kill with pistol :( If u know a good spot tell me please.

Hi ! Got mine totally by luck around a little lake south west of the map. You can try either North East (Zverolova Hill ) or South West ( Tundra something), that's where I have seen most of bears. I carried a handgun with me for quite some time in order to be sure to be able to take the shot if needed. Since it is not easy to know which type of fur they have, I shot all the blackish ones with the handgun. Good Luck :)

Mamontovaya tundra. There are a little lake above the outpost. YouTubers said its called diamond lake. There are diamond brown bears and maybe spirit bear too. I think we're talking about same lake i will check it tomorrow. Thanks for tip. Have nice day and good hunting! :)

I got two spirits yesterday. The thing that makes it hard to hunt brown bears for rare furs is that they drink between 3:00-7:30 AM which means it is dark. My tip is just to go to the big lake at Mamontovaya tundra, set the time to 3:00 AM, wait a bit and shoot as many drinking bears as you can.

Hi, I guess that since you shot too many times, you didn't pass the harvest check, I mean you pumped it up full of lead ;) You should use the rhino, the focoso is too "light" for that species

Try ranking up with the focoso on small game (boars, roe deer, musk deer or small predators), Hirsch is a good map for that since you can also take on fallow deer with it.

Did you use the rhino too? Which ammo?

Hi, I only use the Rhino ever since I have unlocked it, didn't like the focoso. I used the rounds with the most penetration ( I have never seen a real interest in using expansion rounds but it should work too if you aim for lungs, penetration rounds just make it easier)

I have .44 now. I killed a brown bear with 1 hit lung shot and passed harvest check. So i think .44 will help me.

I got it at 4 am Mamontovaya tundra little lake above the outpost. This .44 handgun worked for me.

Well done, I shot 2 female spirit brown bears with the .454 and both times the achievement didn't pop, I see there that you managed to get one (as I did) with the .44 Panther and it popped so maybe it has to be the .44 after all.

When you harvest the bear be sure handgun is in your hand. If u have binocular or another stuff in your hand achievement bugged. Good luck!

I think the achievement is bugged. I got my first spirit colored bear with M1 30-06 and i got the achievement.
