High Tech Hunting Pack dlc... Location of these items?
I'm new at this game, (and hunting) so please pardon my ignorance... I got this to learn how to hunt and I realize I have a lot to learn. When the game went into "night mode" the light was helpful, but I felt night vision would be more practical... so I got the High Tech dlc for the night vision binoculars.
I thought after I installed the dlc the items would automatically appear in my inventory... I didn't see the binoculars. Do I have to go somewhere to retrieve them? Are they somewhere other than under the inventory tab?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

go to any outpost and to the locker and click e and go to the shop find all items and buy them (free not ammo for the bow tho) the bow is in bows section and the rifle sight is in the rife sight section and the bow sight is in the bow sight section and the binos are in the binos thing (scroll down)

Thanks for your quick response and for the info!
I went into the game and found them, but the night vision binoculars, even though I selected them and bought them, when I select (I think it is 4 or 5) to select the binoculars, it only shows the regular, not the night vision. Is it because I am currently in "day mode"? And they will show up automatically in the inventory when the game goes into "night mode"?
Or, do I have to do something to put them in my inventory?

There is a difference between what you own, and what you have in your inventory. You need to click the "Storage" button to play with your inventory - the left hand side shows what you own, the right hand side shows what you are actually carrying. Drag and drop the night binos from the left to the right, and you are good to go.

Thanks Gamerboithefirst... will do as you suggested. I've already started pouring over the guides and they are very helpful.

I had six hours in the game and I successfully brought down a black bear... not bad for my first kill. I just wish my shot had been a little higher. Next time I'll take into account the distance I shot him from... over 55 meters (165 feet). I should have taken into account the distance as well as the wind. Thanks again for all your help!
