Report a translation problem
It feels less extrem on Parque Fernando but even there you can find packs of them just like you can see in the following picture:

The problem is they all share the same navmesh and hence it appears like a pack, in this case they are all just drinking but it would be better if those solitary animals would drink one by one at different times of the day and it would be better when they don´t all walk the same trails.
I think it would be cool if there was just one or maybe two of these solitary type animals in each named area of the map with their own zones so they don't all end up at the same zone at the same time.
