Duck decoy mission

Any body got a clue to set the decoys uot on the mission? dont get up the "E" there in the water. Tryed west from the safe hose but no luck.

yep .. after 5 crashes I finally tried to set decoys , mission will not complete... The game is basicly un playable now... Crashes for me randomlly constantlly...

Same problem here. I made the mistake of quitting the game before I set the decoys. Now I go to the mark in the water and they do not set. Consequently the missions will not continue.

Edit: I just noticed that the "press E to set decoys" does not show. only the mark in the water.

NOOOO!! all is gone so i have to start from the begining. 960hr in game. over 2 million in money.

i had to not use binos or scopes. i did finish the duck decoy mission this way. it sucks because ive only killed two animals in this reserve so far.

Yes. but if i chanse back its normal. and i have saved a backup. but the same with the ducks

Yeah, this is intended. Most likely to rule out any save file issues.

So what happens to my old build and save files?

Nothing. When you start the Open beta client your game will be entirely “fresh”, you’ll have no save game, cash, skills etc. But don’t worry, this has NO effect on your “live” version of the game, you can switch back and forth at any time (see the next point below).

Note: We DO have a means for you to get up and running quickly in the Trailblazer Beta. Hit “Escape” and go to the Hunt Club Beta menu, there’ll be a reward there where you can claim a large sum of credits, a big XP boost and weapon score points in all categories.

For those of us that can not complete duck decoy mission, is there any hope of a fix or are we doomed to seeing the marker with no way of getting rid of it. curious minds want too know!

This is strange as I play this on 2 accounts, on mine I got the E on the water to set out the ducks. hit it once n it laid out a bunch of them. Mission Complete

Doing exactly the same on my other PC but the E wont show, & laying them out randomly does not work.

I have tried running up n down the shoreline to see if it was in a different location but nooooo. its simply not registering. Also as someone pointed out the game does crash a fair bit now.. not great when you have 15+ kills to collect.

get it sorted please :) any advice on the Ducks mission woud be great.

Parque Fernando mission not finishing

Early in the game. Was sent to setup duck hunting site . Arrived and nothing happens so I set up a blind and decoys, still nothing happens. Am I missing something here? I do get the hexagon with arrow pointing down, but no option to press E.

Ditto. exact problem I had the decoy (E) key but stopped to look at a 'circle' heard the sound but no target apppeared so went down to set decoys but alas NOT ...dead in the water < literally .

I just updated and now the site marker is missing. The hexagon with arrow pointiing down is gone from hunting location setup site. Restarted steam and the marker returned. Still cannot setup site. Also, when the game begins I get a notice there is a new reserve (Parque Fernando} I can purchase. I purchased the reserve last week. Not going to pay twice.

Same here. Cant set the hunting location and i havent seen any ducks but i can hear them some times

Same problem,mission marker is there but I can't interact with it.
