Help me farm my Mule Deer diamond more effectively please?

So I got 3 of the diamond animals on Parque relatively quickly, however with the recent mule deer TruRACs update, I'm a little worried I'm going about this wrong.

The areas I circled in red are places that I actively check during mule deer drink - I'll usually harvest at least 1 buck if they're at least level 3 and/or relatively high scoring on the estimate, and I'll do this from around 9-12 then reset the day at a tent. The area in yellow has some mule deer drink spots, but the herds are small so I haven't set up a tent nearby (yet).

I'm mostly going for respawns but I'm wondering if there are places I'm not checking or if I'm going about this the most efficient way I can. Hopefully somebody here can help me...I've seen maybe 2 or 3 level 5s since the update, but never a 6 or 7.

The 6 and 7s were a fluke and will not go into the spawning pool once they are killed. Like those few Level 2 Whitetails that were diamonds these flukes did not appear on the maps of all players when the update downloaded so you may never see one. Some players have harvested 5-Medium diamonds since he update so they are out there. For whatever reason I cannot open links to imgur.com so cannot help you there.

Well I haven't killed them so I assume they're still on my map somewhere then?

Also I don't know how to insert an image directly in a post. If there is a way I will happily edit it so you can see the map I posted?

Add me and i can show you what i am doing to kill a diamond mule deer. I still havent got one yet. I have found alot of zones of all three types though. I have found alot of level 5 mule deer in resting zones. I would not focus all my efforts on only drinking zones it will lead to frustration.

kill kill and kill more, diamonds are a rare spawn, and there are multiple spawn points for each animal, keep hunting, check your need zones you'll find one eventually.

Well i just got my diamond blackbuck after what seemed like forever. I had killed hundreds of them and finally during a rest time in a spot i frequent often there he was with a herd. I guess it does just take time and patience.

Like Nugget says kill kill kill and be patient and it will come.

Just a idea if ur goal is to get a diamond mule deer u could open your reserve to multiplayer and let others kill alot of mule deer. I have heard that if someone else kills a animal in multiplayer the same animal will spawn in ur single player map. Never checked this myself but I have seen it in posts here.

I thought it sorta helps because they force respawns, but is kinda bad because if they do harvest a diamond, that diamond leaves my map as well.

well thats good to know. I dont multiplayer except with friends and we take turns hosting to keep it fair and we try to help each other achieve our goals.

I check there during drink. There's 2 drink zones nearby but I'm only set up to look at one. It's a good spot but I rarely see anything big there.
