Different character selection coming?

Today I began a new game. For my character I was offered two choices, a man or a woman. I backed out and ran the file integrity verification program and when I logged back in I got the normal 3 choices (all male). Could this be a harbinger of things to come? Let's hope so. Lady hunters have been given a back seat for too long.

There is a free DLC called Facing the Wild, it has 3 male and 3 female faces to choose from.

I'm aware of that and I don't own that DLC. In this instance all I could do was flip back and forth between the male and female hunters. Both said option 1.

You do own it, it is a free DLC
All you need to do is click download.
