idk about the weapon.
but you can buy the stravarius now.
Show me the exact phrase in the shop where it says you get ghillie suit or camo warden? You can't because it doesn't say so. Don't blame the devs for your own stupidity.

IF you indeed do qualify for the items and did not receive them, I recommend contacting Support. They may be able to help.
theHunter Support [support.thehunter.com]
Unless you have a time machine in your cellar it is literally impossible to qualify now.
They said:
"I receive the .270 camo on The hunter classic for buy call of the wild in 2016 but no item inside call of the wild."
So.... they received the bonus for Classic but not for Call of The Wild.
In which case, contacting Support would be the best choice.
I'm not sure why you are so offended by someone asking for a little help. I'm sure if you were in the same position you would want the items you thought you received also.
This means you have 90 days to claim your reward, after these 90 days your right to get these items expires.
You can't buy a car in 2017 and wait one year to claim that it was delivered without a stereo - these are problems that need to be adressed in time.
And i am not offended by any means, but still i am 100% against that someone would get this reward 1 year late when the offer clearly ruled this out.
The 90 day limit was to qualify for the items. The user qualified within the 90 day limit. The user says they didn't receive the items. Therefore they would like the items that they qualified for.
