another mission issue Old Haunts

Old haunts I am now stuck in the ghost town, taken pics about the town as instructed 5 dead animals photographed. that I could find, found the text in the shed took a picture of that. I see what looks like some kind of remote control on the table but can't interact with it. to take a semi quote from Space balls. I have combed that town over and over and "I ain't found ♥♥♥♥." LOL other then what I have already said. but I still have it as my current mission am I missing something?

Edit to add The last interaction with host. after taking 3 out of the 5 pics of the Dead MT lion was a basic thank you and that he would be sending them Off I thing can't remember exactly words it is after 2 am and falling over lol Logged for the night and if like any other mission I will be repeating all these steps when I log back on.

Did the narrator coment to you on each animal photographed, If not youll have to do the photos of the animals again, he should say some thing for each animal. Then try the shed

No he said nothing about the animals when photographed. I used the in game camera, and the f12 button he said nothing while I took the pictures.

I found I had to stand at the animals head end to take the pic. must use the in game camera.
If he says nothing, youll have to just keep at it finding the sweet spot. He will comment of each pic.

You always have to use the in-game camera anytime there are photo missions (press P), not just this one; just taking a screen shot with F12 will not work.

For this one, you need to be sure to get most of the animals inside the rectangle in the camera view finder. If you have a lot outside, it will not work.

And, as Imposter noted, Allen will tell you if it is successful or not. If you don't hear anything, it didn't work.

I just want to add that I had to zoom in so that the head was taking up almost the entire frame in order for the quest to progress. Similar to what Imposter said.

I found that I had to photograph the lion carcasses in order. As i entered the ghost town from the east, there was the dead lion in the road, one to the right (north) of it and three up the first path to the left (south). Another was a little further up the main drag a little off to the left (south). I started photographing the one on the far right (northern most) then the one in the road, then the three up the left had path in order, then the furthest lion and finally I was given credit for photographing the carcasses. Then I moved back to the shed to find the squealing phone and photograph the graffiti on the wall.

Ran into this mission and after 40 failed photos of dead lions in my screenshots a combo of the tips here helped me pass it easily so hopefully it works for anyone else stuck.

What I did was take a picture using the in-game photo mode (P) of the lion from a head on position and instead of zooming in I backed away a few feet until the entire lion and the bloodstain was taking up about 2/3rds of the center square, doing that caused them to register first try, should get a comment from Allan on each photo even if your still in camera mode.

Spamming the camera to get it to work lol. it would be nice if they stopped jumbling things together in some cases and fixed the stupid in game buttons for quests. I have two main missions that cannot be completed on two different maps that i paid for as a dlc. Fix your ♥♥♥♥! Stop taking peoples money for a product thats only 50 50 when running and have the balls to put out a dlc when your main game dont even run right.

We cant call them names or yell on steam but they sure can not fix games that i pay money for cant they? Steam is a real fair company that cares about people lol yeah when we stop giving you money then you care.
