So while trying to find that darn yoga instructor. i find her tracks at the top of the mountain but then I dont find any camp or any journal im supposed to find, am i dumb and am i supposed to be going farther? I interact with the bloodstain but the mission location doesnt change and nothing happens.

The camp was maybe 25-50 yards away from the first set of footprints for me. I got up to a clearing that was close and the guy started talking - her "camp" isn't really a camp at all. It was just a journal and a bed. If you found the bloodstain follow the bear track backwards and then follow her track back to the left and you should see it.
