Slow character movement
Please help, whenever i play this game the character movement is always slow. Whether i aim down a rifle or turn left or right on an atv it is always slow, but when i look up at the sky everything moves as it should-fast. I have a gt730 nvidia gpu(crappy but decent enough to run high quality games on medium to low settings). All my graphic settings are set to low and medium and unnecessary settings are off. Please help and note that i am in no place to buy a new gpu or pc.

Sorry, but movement speed is related to FPS. So, with your GPU, I'm afraid what you got, is the best you can expect.

Yeah, really nothing you can do except set everything to lowest settings and shut down anything else that might use your graphics card at the time - you are playing on a severely outdated card that was never intended for gaming, so there is nothing else you can do except buy a better graphics card.

Thanks, i figured it was fps but there was some hope. At least the game runs, ill have to look into a new gpu then.

I was using the gt730 too... lower than awful. I switched to a rtx2080. Now all settings are at max with no fps issues and no more crashing (knock on wood!). I'm sorry you can't upgrade but that's the answer.

30s are simply not gaming cards, plain and simple, and anybody who buys them for that purpose is making a wrong purchase.
The entry level cards for gaming have always been the 50s, with the 60s being the low middle and the 70s the high middle tier while the 80s constitute the high end.

The 30s are office cards that you buy when your PC either does not offer multi-monitor support or you use programs which benefit from hardware acceleration but don't scale well with using more powerful cards.
