Autobot i have tried that, my problem is the empty area, no calls or tracks.
last night i spent creating hunting pressure elsewhere, it seems to have helped abit since more deers and stuff come by (no foxes yet tho) early morning i cuaght a mating call from a fox and tried to lure it in, but it never even got close to my ground blind (150m)
Honestly what a horrible mission. and it has to be 3 foxes -.-'

I finished this one not too long ago, southern part of the zone is the best like Challie63 said.

To anyone else who havn't completed the mission yet. I went to the north west area (near the look out tower) and moved around in the area till i either found some tracks or calls, then i tried to lure them into the ''mission zone'' and then harvested them.
Otherwise thanks for the help :)
I set up a tent there and there were several foxes running around between 8 and 11, lured them all nearby and shot them.
Finally got three foxes, I assume the animal redistribution done as part of the Revontuli Coast launch can help a bit with the usual issues of no foxes ever transiting the mission area. In my case RNG smiled upon me and I got two foxes that were transiting the land bridge southwest of Spreeberg Castle. But if I were a game designer I would not have a certain region to be mandatory, should be enough to down foxes from blinds wherever on the map. As it stands now it is rather a pain to spot a fox and pop a DLC blind as usually one cant place them in wooded bushy areas. Best bet to get a fox, as long as RNG places need zones in appropriate areas would be at the open areas to the north or perhaps the coniferous areas down SW and S. Or next to the castle proper. But sure nice to get 4K ingame money as a reward. The last fox I took with a 20ga autoloader with #4 buck that scored 10.30 ie gold, as no organs were hit the score was lessened.
When doing Conni #18 (where one had to shoot a fox at 75m or longer) I got the only diamond fox I've ever found but sadly hit its spine = point deduction and thus didnt score as a diamond. Oh well
Yes, as long as it is the ground blind that's built and not the tower hunting structure. There are two different types of structures you can build. In map mode you hover over the structure icon and it will say ground blind if its the ground blind type, otherwise it will be the tall tower type.
Remember as long as you are standing inside the mission map boundaries when you shoot them, it doesn't matter if the animal is physically outside that area, even if you leave and harvest outside.
