i set a tent in middle of a frozen lake on Taiga to go for bear, lynx and reindeer. If they are at the lake's side, what is 220m they spook. If they are a bit higher on the side, what is 260-270m, they don't spook. The other side with a need zone is around 230-240m where they drink and the bear and musk deer spook also there.
When i go for duck on my layton spots i lay on ground and fast travel from this position.The tents are below 50m from duck places and they don't spook, when i travel in. Probably i dump the tent with the head, when i travel while standing.
But if you fast travel to a duck spot with this lvl 3 duck, why don't you just take the .22 out of the tent?
