.270 for Black Bear... .338 for Brown Bear and Moose.
The Dev's made that happen.
The .338 used to be viable for Black Bear integrity.
and now... it isn't.
Fact is... the .270 can replace the .338 with a well placed shot.
But you'll need use a lighter rifle to obtain integrity on lesser animals.
Or in my case... at Lvl 60...
just shoot everything with any gun ya like and screw their integrity BS. : )
I utilize the .338 and .270 most always...
And I've earned $ 6.3 million in that process.
Guess it's all you get once you reach Lvl 60.
.270 and .243 if integrity is your goal.
I utilize poly tip ammo on everything that can shoot that.
Either way I guess I'll switch back to something smaller caliber. Thanks for clearing this up for me everyone.
