I wasn't one of the player base that wanted loins, but I'm finding it a very different game experience being knocked down a notch on the food chain. Hunting in Africa feels dangerous now ,I'm enjoying the challenge.
Not a bad idea at all. Also, there are a number of popular games where players play both sides so there is no AI involved. Imagine if you could choose to play as an animal. Your goal might be to get from your sleep area to your watering area without getting picked off. No more bugs about animals running in circles. And if you are an apex predator, then the goal is hunt the hunter!
Oh I agree..keep this a hunting game.. but a new game release with same engine and maps for a battle royale.. would just be fantastic.. add a few more homes.. drop people with guns already in the game..and the atv's to get around.. add the ever closing wall.. would work.. But.. I don't think they have the netcode capabilities for a 30-60-100 man game though.. I doubt they could do that at this size and talent available..would take a Triple A team to make this change over.. ( that was just hype to kick them in the pants..:) ) A The Hunter BR - 24.99 stand alone.. yeah.I would buy that.. :)
IMO, too much time and investment in this wonderfully detailed world to not think of repurposing it.
