After level 60 it's just a matter of hunting or garnering trophy animals to mount in your lodge(s).
Lvl 60 is the max... and purdy much the game / missions are over.
Of course you can start over... from nothing. (base game)
And tho' you would always retain the DLC's you purchased.
...you would likely need to earn game coin to buy back those items in the store.
Many folk that have reached Lvl 60 just like the hunting aspect.
And basically you are free to determine your own hunts.
But the game's mechanic's keep changing... and the boogers keep coming...
So don't expect it to work the way you hoped.
But, to answer your question, I only think about integrity when there's a chance the animal I'm stalking is a diamond. I'm usually more interested in how close I can get before I shoot. Nothing like the rush of sneaking within 10m of a water buffalo before opening up on him.
And it's not cheap using game coin neither.
You'll be extorted for both Ambush and Stalking (individually) Skills/Perks if ya wanna make a change. Lol Every time. ; o
But by then you should be able to absorb the cost of the game coin.
I personally have nearly 12, 000, 000 in game coin earned.
But then I have never changed my Ambush/Stalking status.
I'll suppose if you have plenty of coin.. it won't matter.
Got to spend it on something. ; )
Integrity "counts" at Level 60 as it does at Level 1: it will affect how much money you earn from a harvest, but not much else. (Of course, below Level 60, it also affects XP.)
At Level 60 essentially you stop with the Perks and Skills, though (as cbrrrman stated), you can pay for each one to be reset and you can then reselect what you want. Note, however, if you absolutely want to reset everything, you have to pay for each Skill tree (so rifles, shotguns, bows, etc.) and each type of Perk (Stalker, Ambusher). You don't have to do that, however; you can just reset the ones you want. I would suggest reading Steam if you want to go down this route as there were some bugs associated with it.
Beyond that, you will still have whatever Missions you have left (and I have loads), or are added in new DLCs. If you don't want to do Missions (or have finished them all), then you'll have to set your own goals. Most people just start accumulating money for treestands, tents, and taxidermy, and start looking more seriously for Diamonds.
After awhile doing this, I got a bit bored and ended up resetting the game (with a backup!!). It was surprisingly fun to work back up to Level 60 again, and it went a lot faster thanks to player experience (i.e., I knew what I was doing this time....) and the availability of DLC weapons that essentially bypassed the need to grind for better weapons in the base game.
If you restart (i've restarted my game half a dozen times or so in the 2+ years i've played) you lose everything but what you bought in the DLC's. Locked weapons and items you unlocked previously leveling up are locked again until you build up the weapon points and money to unlock and purchase them. DLC weapon packs are still free in the store.
None of the "boogers" are game stoppers, frustrating yes, very frustrating at times.
You can reset and change your skills and perks at any point in the game, you just have to pay for it with the in game currency.
Sure seems to be a game stopper to me ? Lol
Tho' generally I don't sweat the many flaws and imperfections of the game.
