Australia has water buffalo.
New Zealand or Australia theme would be awesome. I hope we get another Hirschfelden type map someday to.
*Laughs condescendingly.*
Lols
That would have gone over a lot of peoples heads.
Haggis are not hard to hunt now, through the centurys they seem to have grown one leg longer than the other and are known to run round in circles ...... A good 12 bore shot gun loaded with buckshot gets them everytime with 100 % integrity....
Minor correction: Parque Fernando is in Argentina (Patagonia specifically), not Brazil (where Portuguese is spoken, not Spanish).
We are certainly getting a map as there is a new set of achievements. You can see them here: https://steamcommunity.com/stats/518790/achievements/
One mentions (in Spanish) "Cuatro Colinas" ("Four Hills"), so the new reserve is likely in a Spanish-speaking area, such as Spain, the western USA, Mexico, etc. Given that people have been screaming for turkeys for so long, it might well be the Southwest, esp. since they could reuse mountain lions/pumas, mule deer, and coyotes.
There is the clue in the Hirschfelden gun range that shows a series of horns and antlers, presumably from animals on the new map. IF one were to go with the Southwest or Mexico, you could say that they are:
1. mule deer
2. pronghorn
3. bighorn sheep
4. mountain goats?
Alternately, if the map is in Spain, they could be
1. red deer ??
2. roe deer
3. mouflon
4. ibex
At the moment, I am not sure and am just speculating. My feeling is that it is the Southwest/Mexico just because of turkeys and the horns and antlers on the painting more or less fit animals from there, but who knows.
And for the OP, Yukon is both Alaska and Canada.
Southwest US map would be cool if done right. I'd love to see another African map, Central Africa this time.
Although in reality we lose more hunters in the highlands and alpine zone. They break a leg in the heath, can get out, can't get comms, and the snow buries them till the thaw, and at some point someone finds whatever the dingoes and wild dogs drag out into the open. Happens every year or so that someone disappears.
Except up north...there the crocodiles disappear you.
If they added feral camels and goats, I am in.
