Medved Taiga - Weather Stations

There are several weather stations on Medved Taiga and you need to find them as part of a story. All weather stations are equipped with solar panels. There is an oddity I found while looking for those weather stations. If I recall correctly, all solar panels are facing West. They should be facing South to get maximum possible sun exposure.

As pictured above, one of the weather stations during sunset, clearly facing West according to shadows (since compass is not visible)

It really has nothing to do with hunting, just an observation

I think you've uncovered a very disturbing case of racism against sunlight coming from the south.

if its a rotating one it follows the sun, so it might be late afternoon.
