What advantage do layout blinds have?
They cost $15000, yet they're completely useless. They give the same cover as laying in the middle of the field, which is obviously free

I did not try them yet, but judging from twitch streams they give better overview because head position is higher compared to simply laying on the ground

No, when you pop up it's the same height as crouching and the exact same amount of camo

I just checked it in the game to be sure, and my opinion did not change - head position is about foot higher, so in case of presence of grass you would look above grass if inside layout blinds

It does give more visibility.

It also provides a ton of noise when you pull your gun up and you sit up in the blind, kicking back the doors.

If you lay down in the blind (which is the same as prone height), it gives you the same visibility as prone. If you aim in the blind (crouch height) you get the same visibility as if you were crouching. No difference
