Can I run theHunter™: Call of the Wild on my PC?

So, I looked at the original website that has a program that tells you if you can or not run it in your PC and it said I can't run it, but, I looked at my system and the minimum requirements were ok. My system is:
Processor: AMD A4 6300 with 3.70 Ghz
Video card: GTX Geforce 750 Ti 2 Gb
RAM: 4 Gb
Windows is 32 bits but i'm going to upgrade it to 64 if i'm able to play it with my current system.

That's true but you also said: "but can i use it to play the hunter?" after RamMack said your Processor was weak.

I also thought maybe you accepted that you wouldn't be able to play theHunter: Call of The Wild and wanted to know if you would be able to play theHunter: Classic instead.

that AMD chip is only a dual core, You don't have enough ram, and the 750 TI is too weak,

won't even run this game at lowest detail

The minimum that I would get to run this is a Quad Core, 8GB ram, and a GTX 1050
