Thanks, I'll give it another look. I did recall looking in there and then completely forgot how I got the missions list up. It is just Esc -> missions?
I just realised I've been playing with a friend so that doesn't show nor does the quest to take a photo of the deer. :(
So missions are meant to bring up markers where to take a photo? because I don't get any of that?
The map is suppose to give you a hint where to take them, then you have to be standing in just the right location for it to trigger during the picture
I'm struggling with this game. I've been trying to track a fallow deer last night for 3 hours with nothing in sight. What should I be looking for and how to tackle this? How embarrassing.
If you can't see the animal but have it's track, run after it until the poop (or the disturbed vegetation if you have that unlocked in the skills tab) says "Just Now". Then you start to slow down so you can come closer to it before it notices you. You know you spooked it away if it's tracks say "Run". Then you need to go even slower or wait in the need zone it was in so it can come back to you.
Just as a tip, lung shots are really easy for a beginner if you have trouble bringing stuff down otherwise
