I tried two of the newest shooter games and have to say, that this is not my world any more.
Much too nervous, and much too much action.
So after that I first tried two other hunting games, but for me those games were not on the level that I expected.
So at least I found TheHunter CotW and that is exactly what I was looking for.
Meanwhile I am playing it since 4 months and one time per day, what leads me to Level 59.
Only few days and I am on Level 60.
Hehe, thats it. Level 60!
BTW
I do not have real world hunting experience. But after I played the game some times, I watched many videos on Youtube and I watched a german movie about hunting! Those videos and the movie gave me a deep look into, why and how to hunt.
yeah fps games are way too fast for me too. i'm young but my reaction speed is garbage and i grow tired very fast off all the things that are going on.
I love the many different surroundings, the wheather simulation, the sound, or just watching animals, not always shooting them.
Saw COTW on Steam sale and that's basically it. I needed a zen game, this is it.
Yukon I've completed all the tasks. However, the last task was quite challenging. Spring gold hole in bear's heart.
I wanted a game that I could take at my pace, had beautiful scenery and also on an open world platform.
I enjoy games that take skill and patience.
I wanted to avoid the modern shooting games that in my opinion just glorify murder and violence like it is an everyday norm.
Been playing this around 5 weeks now and I’m level 47 with 4 diamonds but hoping to get more.
In my first week I killed a level 9 coyote with the wrong gun, I didn’t know what I was doing then, didn’t even know what a diamond was in the game...probably lost one there though haha.
Perhaps writing about gamers with Paranoid Personality Disorder might get you a solid A on that paper.
Who you calling paranoid? It’s me isn’t it?! It’s definitely me!
