How come i never find Albino and Melanistic rabbits?

hey all i've been playing a very fair while now, and albeino animals i've only seen 3 off and a couple of melanistics in bears and mallards but i'm still hunting for a very specal rabbit for my trophy lodge but alas i've never ever seen a speacail rabbit to fill that space in my trophy collection. So any surggestions to why i never even see any of the two, nor jackrabbit or scrub hare?

you know rabbit is one of the most hard animal I think. They are too small so not easy to spot and the higher level they are, they run about 150m away without any warning thump. I think It'd be better try rabbit hunting in their drinking time. I remember that was 12:00~14:00 thats brightest time over the day and rabbits would be in riverside or lakeside.

well i know many realy good spots and hunting rabbits is easy you just half to be quiet and take your time, but i've just never found any of the two rare skins i'm eager to find one of the two i've a very specal spot set out just for it in my trophy lodge

I found an albino rabbit in High Lake at a mid-afternoon drinking spot not too far from an outpost. Don't recall ever seeing a Mel rabbit.
