If you do not want to follow the missions simply place a tent at the desired location and you have an outpost.
because I am not that interested in doing missions.
For me CotW is one of the greatest free roam games
Yes it is a game ... so what do you mean, it’s a game after all ?
A lot of gamers play that game without missions and have fun doing their own stuff and just relaxing while hunting and doing some expeditons.... you really wanna force them to do missions? ( which often are very boring)
I don’t mind if some important stuff is locked behind the first 5-6 missions.
But don’t wanna spend more time for missions at the moment. Maybe later after exploring whole maps.
Well as already explained you don’t have to do the missions, you could just put a tent there, or anywhere you choose.
Most if not all games have missions even open world games, and often in games things do need to be unlocked via missions.
For me it’s not a big deal anyway.
In this game the mission actually help you learn the area, show you where certain animals generally gather and helps you find need zones.
Most of the games got missions. ...
Doesn’t tell anything about this game.
Anyway this game is totally different to any other game I’ve played before.
As I explained the missions are a bit boring and repetitive and a lot of players having more fun without them.
I don’t mind at all how people wanna play the game. I never said there should be no missions. But if something important like an outpost may be locked until mission 99.... this would be real annoying in my opinion.
Mission 5-6 is totally ok.
I learned a lot about the area and animal behavior just by exploring the world.
With or without missions.... lets play now and have fun :-)
