Firing range

Hi

This maybe a silly question. But how do i find the shooting range?

On the lower right hand corner of Hershfelden map, you'll see an Island with a road going to it.

Go East of the first hunting logde in Hirschfelden, you will see the road. It will lead you directly to the firing range.

First off did you get the DLC for the firing range? Need that first to have the firing range available

If not go to steam and do a search for THE HUNTER CALL OF THE WILD and it will show you all available downloads for the game free and paid DLC's

while usable by bows, i do beleive this range is meant for rifles due to the target ranges (increments of 50m).
just wish i had a bow range or smaller increments for the bow. i liked the 20m, 40, 60 targets on classic in north loggers point .
due to how the bow mechanics are (from what ive seen on bow youtube vids of this game.. im still new to cotw), most folks dont shoot targets past 30m with a bow.. (unless this has been fixed).

and the problem with the range for the bow is you only get free ammo when shooting from the platform. So if you move closer for bow practice you have to use your arrows.

lets put it this way there are claims they have shot even up to 250M's or so but not sure I have my doubts as not seen it myself and I do find I tend to have a limit on hitting things with a bow even when close sometimes it refuses to hit I know I hit a deer today but it just spooked and ran off uninjured which I highly suspect as I know I hit it as it was to close to miss!
