ATV not 4WD?!?!
Driving the ATV today I hit a bump on a downhill turn, no shocker it started swinging the rear end around like an 80s model 911 which I had always assumed was just due to rear weight bias, but for giggles I stayed on the gas countersteered and drifted it, clearly not a 4 wheel drift. Front was not pulling at all, even tacked it (changed direction of the drift) three times to verify that it was not an inertia drift that was actual power oversteer. If the front end has traction and tacking does not streighten you out you are not in 4WD. Has anyone else ever noticed this?

Errr... probably not. This is a hunting sim, not iRacing. :)

Just so you know, there are many ATV's that are not full time AWD/4WD. I've never bothered to check the actual model numbers in CoTW because well, like many others, it's a hunting sim and many of us don't use ATV's at all, let alone try to maximise off-road performance.

its also not a hunting sim, or a sim at all.

I don't add factors like "lost interest", "bored", "can't find animals" or "can't hit animals" to naming a genre though. Some might.

I also think this was something about an ATV not being particularly responsive when crossed up. :)

Don't even consider the ATV on the same level as any sort of true driving mechanics. It's basically a vehicle added into a game that has no driving physics at all.... so driving is never going to feel right in COTW.
