How far can you see game/animals?
Like if you are on a very high tower or mountain what is the range until animals despawn from view? even if you can see trees and terrain through scope or binos they might not be visible unless closer or if you can see trees etc you should be able to see game?

My experience is roughly 500M's give or take as I know some have shot just over 500M but unsure what the absolute limit is but you can see at least 509M's as a saw a kill at that range in screen shot this morning!

The higher you go the further you can see the animals!

There is a claim on a 603m shot but the longest animal i have seen in my game so far is 580m.

I was on a very high tower and wondered how far you can see animals through the binos, rather than being able to shoot them. Basically its a draw distance or popout question as far as animals being visible. Like at a long distance there might be deer drinking around a lake 1km away from you, you can see the lake and trees but no deer because perhaps they are not rendered into the scene unless you come closer. It would be good if u can see trees and rocks etc then u should be able to see game or at least the larger ones at long distance.

I'm thinking they'd have to be there as well, considering MP. Before they fixed the bug where animals stuck at outposts, I was going to have my friend "direct" my fire from outside the rendered distance. Never got the chance though.

It was nicely explained here http://steamcommunity.com/app/518790/discussions/0/1488866813771175458/

But yesterday surprised me when the roe deer just disappeared in my bino just in the middle of the fields :-(
Moreover I didn't see at the field (without any plant) the fox, but I can hear the sound (the icon was shown).
