I'll happily end the hunt there and go back to Layton.

I'm sorry. I'm not familiar with this mission as I have not completed many in Hirschfelden. I can't seem to pull myself away from the Layton lake reserve.

We play mostly MP in our group. I don't think I have loaded a SP map for quite awhile. The missions have gone to the wayside in our group. We have too much fun.

i believe it is. i had "dont ruin the goods" & this one. when i finished this one, it didnt give me any other main ones.

EDIT: I just did the "don't ruin the goods" & got "Harvest wounded red deer by cabin". Did that & no more story missions, but still have some side missions to do. Dont know if any other story missions will pop up after doing the sides or not. I have a total of 28 story missions shown as completed.

Cant get past the mission where I have to create hunting pressure in Ritterstein myself so cant really help you there. Turned half the area bright pink but the mission just wont finish.

I have completed all the story quests in Hirschfelden and most of the side quests too. However I don't remember if that was the last quest of the Fleischer ark. You do get achievments for finishing each ark though and then one final one for finishing them all :)

Thankyou all. Have completed Layton and would like to complete Hirschfelden before the new snow map drops so might struggle on!

Yes your not far behind me. This one caused me some grief. Stay in the bright pink zone and keep calling the animals, doesn't matter what. Blast away and at some point when it's super bright pink it will trigger..:

Ok so I just got a gold bison and my awkward streak now wants to carry on. Fallow then red will follow but I hate hunting pigs and they all look the same!

So a fallow and a red have now fallen.

Three down, one to go!

Never had a high ranking boar, best I can see is 3-very easy?

Start hunting pigs with the bow or pistol and they might become your favorite thing to hunt. I used to hate hunting them too and was disappointed to see that they were one of the animals listed for the new map. I recently started hunting them with the bow and pistol and I have so much more fun doing it that way that I am actually now glad they are one of the species listed on the new map.

I finally got my Gold Boar. Used a .270 on a lone male pig that I tracked for a while and I shot it through the spine as it ran from me.

So mission over and 3 more were unlocked!

I have shot pigs with the .44 panther pistol and it literally drops them on impact.

Am i the only one who doesnt care that much about the missions and actually just enjoys going around hunting? xD

I rarely actually focus on a mission i just hunt and if i happen to finish a mission then great! I dont even know if i have completed 10 missions and i have already discovered the entire layton reserve. Sometimes i just look for things to screenshot dont even hunt xD

I started off that way but realised missions were an easy way to get cash and lots of xp so got hooked on the albeit very basic storylines.
