Buying Gear/Guns Where?!

Where is the cash screen to buy guys? Do I gota do some place in the game?

Each outpost in the game has a store where you can buy equipment like guns, ammunitions , lures and such.

On the map they look like a house symbol. You can also sleep there to pass the time and you respawn there if you load the game.

No you can buy everything at each outpost from the start. But you need to have certain points in your weapons to unlock stuff. For example you need a certain amount of points in rifles ( which you get by killing animals) to unlock the next tier of rifle weapons. And then you also need to buy them with the ingame currency.

Some items also have a level requirement before you can buy them. It takes a LONG time to unlock everything. I just bought the next best rifle after the starter one, 15 hours in.
They are also pretty expensive.
