Strange Hunter in MP. EDIT: Hunter exploit on Layton Lake District

So i just played a bit MP to relax and a Player joined the round, He asked me if i want many Moose and Deer, sad he doesn't speak good English.

I explained that i'm just doing my thing and don't hunt anything special, then something strange happened.

after like 5 min he started to collect trophies like crazy, i asked what he was doing but he didn't seem to understand.
there was a tent near by so i traveled there and had a look, i was shocked after i got there, i saw dead bodies everywhere.

I this a known bug?? or was he a Hacker spawning in Animals ??

EDIT: OK seems like it was not a hacker. it's a known bug/glitch/exploit on the map Layton Lake,
i found this Video showing exactly what the guy was doing that joined me in MP.
