Harvest 1 fox downed with a 60lb bow

Are there even any foxes in Spreeberg? I swear, i could crawl through the entire region and not get a single track or call. Where and what time can I find them?

Edit: I got the persistence is futile achievement. This arrow is going so far up her♥♥♥♥♥

Edit 2: Well, after being bamboozled with her sprinting past me, I give up. That's 2 hours I'll never get back.

There are many. I remember getting mine in the northern part, where there are fewer vegetation on the ground. Walk until you hear one, then crouch, stop moving, keep calling and be patient.

I ended up finding one and i've been tracking it for an hour. I've somehow missed 4 arrows.

Instead of tracking it, try to lure them in. It's easier especially with foxes and Coyotes, which get spooked easily.

I agree with BaeBee, try to lure them in, much easier. Also helps to find a feeding area

I got pretty good at finding and luring them in close, but I missed with the bow so many times- 10+ I think. The bow accuracy is really poor. I finally got lucky and finished that mission. Not fun.

There are lots of foxes in spreeberg and there is a fox need zone east south east of the spreeberg outpost, spam the jack rabbit caller there

I set up a hide and lured 3 in at same time, had this done within 30mins... getting a gold deer at night on the other hand is tough.

I downed a fox with 60 LB bow and 300gr arrow in Spreeberg. Quest did not count for unknown reason. G0d damm1t
