Not enough money can't rest
Hi folks. Btw I did try to search for this sickeningly so. But I spent 12k on a gun and 12k on a scope and then noticed I not only didn't have money to buy ammo I didn't even have money to rest. So, what do I do leave my laptop running the game all night to get through so I can hunt?

Thanks,
Knucklehead

I don't understand your problem, you can hunt by day and by night, only it's not the same animals that are active.

Just equip the ranger .243 and buy the soft tip ammunition, it is free. Then hunt a few animals and you will have cash to purchase any ammunition you want.

Also hunting at night is interesting every once and a while. You just need one kill.

if its night, Hit the letter L and that turns on your head light, should be able to track an animal and bag it. wish you luck.

you do need to manage your finances better.
post 2 gives the obvious answer.

Yeah, your all right. What I did was to use a newly learned action which was to use a flashlight then tracks appeared. I got a deer and bought some ammo. Wow it's like $700 for only 6 rounds.

Thanks for all the replies. Happy hunting!

yeah the ammo is expensive and you get 10 rounds per box, so one bullet pays for itself and you get nine free. but to be honest, if i payed 700 bucks, 880 bucks in my case for 10 rounds of ammo, i would expect the damn animal to be blown in half, not run off with a head shot that says flesh would but oh well :) love the game :)

The ammo used to be more expensive, but they reduced the price after people complained in an update. A lot of people still think it is expensive. I wish they made it more expensive again if I'm honest as once you've unlocked all the items you don't really spend cash on very much. I only buy ammo and scent eliminator as I prefer callers over the scent canisters. I have a ton of money that I can't spend and can probably instantly unlock any future items on release which ruins the fun.

Stock your storage with ammo for every weapon? Prolly be a waste of money if you don't use every weapon, but what else your gonna spend it on?

I think they should add some new weapons and items in a free update, but must be bought and paid for with in-game currency. Money will lose its purpose if they don't add more stuff to buy.

Yeah I have quite a large store of ammunition, I usually stick to the same loadout though but I switch weapons sometimes if I want a change. I can feel a big update coming with perhaps some more content which I will be happy for.
