I cant pick up my ground blinds

It wont let me even though i have enough room.. :/

do's it turn red after picking it up but will not do any thing else ?
if thats the case just pick it up then hit a call or rifle it put it in your back pack i had to do that every time i try and pick up blinds or tents

Yes dude it just tells me i have reached full capacity.. i even emptied my entire inventory.. still nothing.
