Night vision we want. Or some infra red device.
Silencers can be usefull as well. But night vision is something that is more usefull.
Humans hunting animals isn't an ethical thing to begin with due to our raw intelligence. Tossing in night vision isn't going to change this. What it will do is reduce the time it takes to hunt each animal.
In this game yes, because animals are all over. Animals in this game aren't the smartest. But in real life I beg to differ my turkey season here runs for around 2 monthes I ended up filling 2 of my 3 tags the first 2 came in with about 15 hens, they got within 15 yards of the decoys i had then veered off, why? Because they knew there was something wrong whether they saw me, knew the decoys weren't real, or whatever but a couple shots from my 12 gague handled both toms both were at least 3 years old and trust me, you don't get that old living where I live by being stupid. Another example, the whitetail buck I shot this year, I had him at 40 yards during archery season, if he took one step either way as he was behind a tree, I could've shot him. But again he knew something was wrong, he either scented me, saw me, or something because the next thing I knew he tore off running it wasn't until a couple weeks later that he followed a couple does out of some brush I was able to harvest him with my rifle from 80 yards. He scored 164 2/8 and was around 6 years old. And, for the final example, there is one monster deer on our property he would've gone at least 200" last year. We had seen trail cam pics of him but yet I never did see him and the neighbor only saw him for a second. So, these animals do have their own ways of outsmarting us, their ability of sight, smell, and hearing and sometimes pure luck being on their side.
I still say no to night vision goggles as I realize this game must be different from real life hunting as it is with having flashlight hunting at night. The only times I've ever seen night vision google, helicopters, etc used in real life hunting is for pests specifically coyotes and feral pigs which mainly plague the southern United States as they destroy land and native wildlife. Until I see people hunting deer with night vision goggles or the common house sparrow with an AK-47 I'd rather see no items like this in the game. Silencers are more commonly used and still get a thumbs up from me.
You dont like? So dont use it, but is not bad add more items to the game. Do you like ironsight? Ok use it, dont use scopes. Because you dont like all people cant want this ?.
I dont see the problem for add more items what in real life people use, of course dont go to add a grenade launcher. But if in real life use Nightvision and Thermal Vission why cant use in a game?.
I would like to see night vision in the game and also tracer arrows as my main weapons are pistols and bow.
I'd like to see sound suppressors for firearms. And here is my idea:
Sound suppressor DOES NOT spook animals in a wide radius (less pink and purple in the zone that the round is fired) BUT equipping the suppressor decreases that weapons animal class by 1.
So lets say that you're using the supressor on the .300 Canning magnum, Level 4 weapon right? Ok, so then it drops the weapon class by 1. So your .300 Mag can now take down level 3 animals fairly quickly.
Now, this is not me bragging at all, and i dont mean to sound like that if I do, but if your using a class 2 weapon (lets say the .270 or the new 6.5mm.) If you use polymer tips (the penatration ammo) you can take down a level 3 animal as long as you hit it in the sweet spot of vital organs.
Whenever i try to challenge myself, i use an ammo class lower than what im hunting. (I used the Mosin to hunt bears on Layton lake) and I took well aimed head shots to hit them in the brain.
For this to work to its full potential however, They would need to add in a CLASS 5 WEAPON and CLASS 5 Animal, and for these reasons.
1. Obviously, another animal for us to stalk and harvest.
2. For the suppressor to be equipped on said firearm to be brought down to a level 4.
Thats my ideas, hope you like it.
