the wind only afect the arrows, not the bullets.
Yes there is a perk to measure wind speed, but it is usless as your shots will always hit where you aim from 0-300m+ (I had the Windage perk, was of no use)
Not sure how it affects arrows as I never shoot a arrow from more than 30m from my target, and even still my arrow always hit where I point .... given the fact that the arrow is not a bug arrow that completely hits left or right from my target hitting a tree in the background (Known bow bug)
Also the perk zeroing does not work in the game as the game mechanics for it is broken. There is a long thread about it to proove it
