where are the Bison in Europe

I would say western part of the map, there's lots of them i the southwest corner near Tichinau Lake.

One minor note about bison.. You are in for a treat < secret smile >
- well I dont want to spoil the experience, go hunt bison and see how it goes. ;-)
You know what Im trying to say once you experience the bison hunt.

If you haven't hunted them before, make sure you have a rifle that kills it in one shot. I you wound them, you will get hurt ;)

I remember one of the first time I saw bisons in the game. I was standing on a high cliff overlooking a lake beyond me. On the opposite shore there was a herd of maybe 10-12 bisons, stucked, probably a game bug. So I thought, this is going to be easy.

I started firing at the first one, it marked, but it disappeared to my right, the others remained at the shore. What the hell, took a shot at the next one, same thing happened. Suddenly my screen became red. The damn bison somehow tracked med from the opposite shore, running all the way up the cliff to attack me.

So once again, make sure you kill them the first time, you can run, but you can't hide from them :)

Yep, just got attacked. Shot it first with the 2.70, then it charged. I changed to shotgun and dodged it and just kept blasting. It ran off, and I found it dead about two hundred metres away.

I know where you are talking about ?, thats where I got my first one. But I wasn't as lucky as you were by the sounds of it.

Just got a half dozen in Spreeberg. Make sure its a good shot, or they come looking for you.

Run along the road from Ernsdorf outpost to Ernsdorf bridge and you will probably meed a lot of them. Pretty close to the road too.

Never failed so fare for me.

P.s. Bisons dont like to be shot at :)
